Wells Fargo and ORIX used this false affidavit to obtain an ex-parte judgment on parties not present to disprove it.

Unfortunately, based on this obvious (and self admittedly) false affidavit, Wells Fargo and ORIX got an ex-parte judgment against the owners of the apartment complex relating to the affidavit.

This false affidavit ultimately led to a fraudulent judgment for DOUBLE the original loan amount against the borrower, AND Wells Fargo and ORIX stealing the apartment complex, AND Wells Fargo and ORIX suing the depositor for the original loan amount. The same thing happened to the borrower behind the Lee Hall Loan. Thanks to the information on Predatorix, the Virginia State Supreme Court slammed Wells Fargo and ORIX on the multiple recovery issue.

The borrower is still fighting today, over 5 years later, to undo the damage caused by all of Wells Fargo and ORIX's lies and false affidavits. This video is dedicated to them.
