Yoshihiko Miyauchi is the CEO of ORIX Japan. He is also the Chairman of ORIX USA and Manager of ORIX Capital Markets. He is the foremost person to blame for the tens (perhaps hundreds) of billions of dollars of losses borne by investors of mortgage backed securities in the past few months (as far as ORIX is concerned).
