Southern District of Ohio court ruling against Wells Fargo

A United States Judge in the Southern District of Ohio ruled that all future cases filed for foreclosure must include proof that the note was in the possession of the plaintiff, and that proof must be submitted that the plaintiff has held the note for the entire duration of the case. The days when servicers can walk in with nothing more then words and walk away with someones property are gone. The attorney was warned that future foreclosure requests without that information will be dealt with harshly.

Good job for Ohio Federal Judge Mr. Rose for seeing past the "servicers" and asking for the presence of the true note holder (trust) to be present.
