Wells Fargo equity stripping after loan liquidation. |
Looks like Wells Fargo and ORIX got caught with their hands in the cookie jar..
..And we're not talking about any cookie jar, were talking about the MLMI 1999 C1 Trust cookie jar!

The borrower behind the loan has defeated Wells Fargo and ORIX, thanks to a recent Virginia State Supreme Court ruling!
