Lets see, Baltimore hates Wells Fargo, Cleveland hates Wells Fargo, and Illinois hates Wells Fargo. The FBI is investigating Wells Fargo and the IRS is investigating REMICs (Wells Fargo is trustee of ~90% of CMBS trusts) for tax fraud -- and these are just the few entities that come to mind that are after Wells Fargo for predatory lending, tax fraud, and other illegal acts.

Over the past year, things have been getting worse and worse for predatory MBS Trustees and Servicers. Like the one above, more and more judges are realizing whats going on. At this rate, I can only imagine what judges will be ruling in the months/years to come.
