This ruling by Joel B. Rosenthal is simply amazing. The Honorable Joel Rosenthal hit the nail on the head on every topic discussed in the order. There are MANY other cases where Wells Fargo and its servicers are doing the same thing -- filing false proof of claims in their names rather than the Trusts. This goes back to my March 21st, 2006 posting of the "Wells Fargo and ORIX Magic Tricks 1: Caption Switching Trick" paper subtitled, "Converting Trust Claims into Wells Fargo Judgments". This was made into a powerpoint was made the December 26th, 2006 POTW.

This is yet another example of how Predatorix was right years ago! I totally called it!
