This bankruptcy trustee had the chance to make millions of dollars for himself had he participated in helping Wells Fargo's racket in stealing $466M from SFC (in comission/fees). It is incredibly rare to find a trustee so honest. This is a trustee who was actually seeking justice. Charles A. Stanziale Jr. will no doubt go down in history (thanks to the internet) as one of the greatest bankruptcy trustees ever. Other crooked bankruptcy trustees may not be so fortunate..

Not only did he defeat their $466 proof of claim, he is also attacking their other fee claims which will most likely [and also should] be rejected. After reading both articles and the objection filed in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, I must say that I think Charles Stanziale Jr. is amazingly smart. I also think it must suck to be Wells Fargo. They are getting owned pretty bad in courts nationwide now that everyone is learning how crooked they are (see other POTWs about several major cities filing suit against Wells Fargo, as well as the FBI investigating Wells Fargo and the IRS investigating REMICs) lol..
