Thanks to the 'fair and just' ruling of the Virginia State Supreme Court, it has now been declared by a court that Wells Fargo and ORIX were pursuing multiple recoveries against the borrowers behind the Lee Hall loan. It is only a matter of time before everyone else realizes :-)
